Ive been taking Tremella products ever since baby turned 7+ months old. Was struggling with weight lost and flabby skin and meat before. Jamu massages during my confinement didnt do much either. Hence after taking the tremella product everyday for about 1 month, ive managed to lose a few kg.. can check out my ig on my weight lost previously @_chelx_

Just eat healthy and well balance meal. Drink more water. Mine go back 3 weeks after giving birth. Don't really need to do anything or go diet if you are breastfeeding and taking care of the baby yourself. Is tiring enough to burn your energy.

If you're breastfeeding no need to diet. Just eat more green leafy & less carbs. Widening of hips will still the same. It will make you more sexier if you'll have flat tummy. Just add uo walking, planking or swimming everyday

3 years later and still have a small tummy and hips size increased by 1 inch. Suggestion is to control carb intake and start swimming

Diet is a big part. Less sugar intake and oily foods. Exercise will help too.
