You might be dehydrated. Take more water (water w lemon if you can’t accept plain water) or coconut water for electrolytes! It helped me :)

I’m having terrible migraines too and can’t function on some days that I decided to just take panadol and sleep it off!

roll on essential oils :) you can also take plain paracetamol

Me too I woke up 4 times cos of migraine:((

normal paracetamol works for me

2. gp say 8 a day is fine 4 hrs apart. but if its really bad i will take 2 in the morning and 2 before bed
