Intense hunger pangs

Hi anyone having the experience of intense hunger pangs in between meals/ middle of the night? And also tasteless sensation in the mouth? Hope it’s not something to be concerned about at this stage. Thanks!

Currently at my first trimester and keep feeling hungry around every 3h and will feel nauseous if I don’t eat.
