Blood in urine

Anyone has UTI throughout their pregnancy? I’m currently at 25 weeks and have been having blood in my urine since first check up. However I don’t feel any discomfort or pain, just the urge to pee. Will it affect my baby ?

I had UTI twice during my pregnancy. I had spotting the first time, and the second time my urine was just cloudy and smelly. My gynae said it won't affect the baby's development, but it's important to get it treated, as it may cause preterm labour. I was prescribed antibiotics for treatment.
