12weeks feel headache and heavy

Anyone has this headache and head heavy? Not say giddy spinning type. But just feel heavy feeling eye heavy. Just feel no good. At this 12weeks plus coming soon to 13 I still feel super aversion of smell and sour/weird taste buds. Terrible feeling.
