Prenatal DHA pills unable to swallow

Hi all, anyone has difficulty swallowing the prenatal DHA pills prescribed by the doctor? The instructions says to swallow whole and do not crush or chew. Any alternatives I can take? :(

Is it soft gel kind? For soft gel kind I bite until the liquid inside dissolve and spit out the gel

Asked the gynae and she said it’s fine to just take the contents inside. Also mentioned, vitamins are optional 😂
