Anyone find it difficult to follow the GD diet Plan?
I'm working from office everyday in the central and honestly it's very hard to follow the GD diet. I'm lunching with my colleagues everyday. Those food will cause my blood sugar to spike. How do those working mum cope with your GD diet when you are in office ?
Do you still lunch with your colleagues ?
