Bleeding at 5+ weeks

Question

Anyone encounter bleeding at 5+ weeks? Went to KKH yesterday, did vaginal ultrasound and can only see a black clot in the womb. Dr said maybe it is too early. Ive been bleeding since the past few days, not so heavy to soak a pad but Im quite worried cause never experience this for my last 2 pregnancy. My HCG blood test was about 400+ yesterday and Dr gonna check again after 48hrs to see if it increase or not :(

Mine was a chemical pregnancy.. so when they did tvs they couldn’t confirm if its was a baby or just a bubble. Waited for few days later to redo blood test and mine just dropped :( hang in there and pray hard all is okay mommy!
