No confinement

Anyone drinks cold water during confinement and no side effect whatsoever ? Or did not do confinement ? Esp csection

I went through csect and drank cold water during confinement. The weather was a killer and I couldn’t resist! But of cos, you have to drink moderately. For me, I limit myself to once a week and only 1/4 cup full. After that I will replenish with warm water right away.
