1) Banyakkan breastfeeding sebab the more you breastfeed the more fats you burn😄 and breastfeeding amat baik untuk kesihatan ibu dan anak. 2) Lepas berpantang, continue jaga makanan macam berpantang dulu. Means you boleh add on spices semua tapi kurangkan makanan berminyak, amalkan pemakanan yang sihat. 3) Have a good healthy breakfast in the morning , lunch in the noon, tea time or dinner by or before 7pm. NO MORE FOOD AFTER 7PM😄 4) Banyak minum air suam / kosong, so boleh banyak membuang and x kena sembelit. 5) Bila badan dah ready and cergas, boleh start senaman ringan dulu and then bila badan flexible enough, start heavy workouts, berpeluh tu penting untuk membakar minyak fats dalam badan. 6) Kurangkan minuman manis, gas drink and more to plain water like mentioned earlier.
