Is this normal?

Anybody saw nothing in 5 weeks 2 days gestational sac and turned out ok? I also don't feel pregnant at all

Me! My first pregnancy no symptoms. Went for my 1st check up, do ultrasound all we can see is gestational sac. We were asked to do transvaginal scan, same thing can't see anything just the sac. But 2 weeks after, I had a miscarriage. 😔Maybe baby still small to see.
