Low amniotic fluid no leaking

Anybody have any remedy? I am so desperate now.. I don’t know what else I can do …

You've got to check with your doctor/gynae in regards to this. They will be able to understand and help you.

My gynae recommends to drink more water. Coconut water also can help sometimes.
