Anybody has tips on how to boost babies immunity as he is in infant care and gets sick really easily. Are there any supplements as he is only a year old

From 3mos old pd already gave my LO appeton multi-vitamins. Im giving it to him since then. 😊 for 1 yr old & above some mommies recommend Sambucol for kids, can help boost immune system 😃
