Intermediate Down Syndrome risk

Anybody had an intermediate Down syndrome risk on their week 12 detailed scan before, but baby turned out fine in the end? Just found out that my baby has intermediate risk of DS, but as I have the vanishing twin syndrome (2nd twin no longer viable), my gynae says that any further tests like panorama or Oscar will all be rendered inaccurate due to the vanishing twin’s presence. Just want to hear from others if there may be any cases whereby you had an intermediate DS risk indicator but baby turned out fine in the end?
