Missed period vaccination

Hi, anybody experienced missed period after taking vaccination? Tested 3 days after my period but it’s negative. Not sure if it’s vaccination

i was tested positive 4 days aft my vaccination. now kindda paranoid to go for 2nd dose but gynae and the jab nurse its ok to take
