6weeks, bleeding and no heartbeat

Anybody experienced bleeding at 6 weeks but still go thru smooth pregnancy?? I had a slight bleeding today, rush to NUH A&E Doctor say there blood stain surrounding the vagina but its not an active bleeding There is no heartbeat and according to the size, i'm 6w2d Previously i had 2 miscarriage, 2017 & 2019 Doctor also say that i might be going thru another miscarriage 😭 Praying hard for a miracle to happen 🙏🙏
