Any recommendations for twin stroller which is light weight and fully reclined? For newborn and 2 year old child.

A friend of mine who recently gave birth to her second child (her first is 3) purchased the Graco DuoGlider Classic Connect Stroller and she seems very pleased with it. The Graco DuoGlider is a lightweight tandem stroller (she didn't want a side-by-side because she lives in a busy city with congested sidewalks) with the following features: - A reclining pair of seats in the front and on the back - 360 degree canopy to protect children from harmful UV rays - The stroller can be opened and closed with just one hand, which is helpful if you need to carry baby while doing it. - Constructed with high quality material that are strong and sturdy, waterproof and extremely durable but it is surprisingly lightweight (about 13kg). My friend bought the Graco DuoGlider secondhand but I checked several websites, and it retails at about 200SGD.
