Any recommendations for baby massage oils? Olive, sesame, almond? Would you recommend a particular kind of oil and preferred brand?

Have you heard of "minyak telon"? I grew up in a Malay/Javanese household and that is pretty much the go to baby massage oil, it keeps babies warm, comforted and really good for warding off pesky insect bites, good for relieving insect bites. I remember my late grandma using minyak telon for alot of ailments! Even till today, I am comforted by the smell of minyak telon :)

You can actually use virgin coconut oil to massage your baby. It is safe to be absorbed by your baby's skin and isn't harmful even if ingested by accident. It isn't particularly expensive and is easily available in supermarkets. http://sg.theasianparent.com/virgin-coconut-oil-benefits-for-babies/

I also like Indian mustard oil, especially because of its numerous medicinal properties. I always use mustard oil for my daughter's massage, even now though she is 4. You can read more about them here. here.http://www.livestrong.com/article/224812-what-are-the-benefits-of-mustard-oil-massage/
