You should check with your gynae and never take contraceptive pills without gynae's prescription. I didn't take any contraceptive pills while breastfeeding as the hormone will pass to my baby through breastmilk. For me, after I deliver my baby no.3 I will opt for IUD, which will not interfere my breastfeeding.
