Any mummies have wanted to change job but due to still breastfeeding have decided not to at the moment? Afraid that new company might not be supportive of breastfeeding, doesnt have nursing room & dare not pump during office hr.

Maybe you can take unpaid leave till your baby is older and you are comfortable enough to leave him in a daycare centre. Other option is, you mention your need to bf baby/pumping time/nursing room. If the company respect your requests, it shows a good reputation from the beginning. It is not worth it to be in an environment which does not support your breastfeeding idea.

When u go for interviews U can check if they are a breastfeeding friendly company. You would be surprised at how many companies are actually quite pro breastfeeding. http://sg.theasianparent.com/mum-friendly-companies-in-singapore/
