I guess he got used to it. His first meal consisted of mashed sayote, squash or carrots. I didn't introduce flavorful and ready to eat food (like cerelac or gerber) when he started eating solids. I also stayed away from really sweet fruits at the start so he was used to eating bland foods. :)
