Any confinement meal you tried before that is good & can recommend me?

I took Natal Essentials's 28 day lunch and dinner package and they have a form where you can tick off all the foods that you don't want in your meals. Their portions are huge (definitely enough for two) and there is always one soup and two dishes with chicken, pork and fish at every meal. The only thing is that their menu tends to be repeated. I didn't mind though.

I ordered Natal Essentials too but just for 14 days. I am a small eater so I do share it with my husband if he likes certain dish. Like what Jamie said, the menu is on repeat but it also didn't matter much to me.

I ordered from Natal Essentials too! It's not too salty and not too bland. In fact confinement food should not have salt in it. Despite not being flavoured the food was flavourful and I enjoyed my 28 day meal.

I second Natal Essentials too. The portion is just right for me and the variety of food is wide.
