Hi, momshie! Mahirap magpigil ng kain especially sweets/sugary snacks/drinks but believe me when I say this (I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes pero thankfully, nasa normal level na yung blood sugar ko): you have to make sacrifices for you and your baby. Kaya mong pigilan yung pagkain na matatamis. Gamit ka rin ng glucometer to monitor your blood sugar level. This way, magiging aware ka if yung mga kinakain mo ay mataas sa sugar or hindi. One thing I’ve mastered is the art of food portioning. Try to limit your carb intake. And drink lots of water. Hope this helps! :)
