1st po a lot of water! Then supplement po kyo hot choco drinks khit milo . Tpos Natalac po gamit ko affordable kc un momsh. Pero ang go to snack ko ay energen oats ndn kc po un nkkbusog tpos mainit sa tuan😊
Sabaw ka ng sabaw lng more water tpos gulay then pamasage yung likod mo kht simpleng hilot lng pra ms dumaloy at lumakas milk mo :)
