binigyan ako ng Leginsol-ob with fish oil (multivit to) and Calvin plus (calcium supp since walang ksmang calcium yung Leginsol ko). previously separate na folic acid, vit c+zinc at calcium supp binigay sakin. now multivit na Leginsol and keep ko yung Calvin plus ko. 2nd tri na ko.
