Anong term na ginagamit ng mga OB para sabihin na baog ang isang pasyente?

i guess the most politically correct and not bluntly offensive term is infertile. I'm just not sure how OB tells their patients face to face. I wonder hindi ba sila nahihirapan ibalita un sa mga hindi magkaanak?
