Paracetamol (biogesic) safe for pregy. It has analgesic property momsh means it can relieve pain and is safe for pregnant. Gargle ka na din salt and lukewarm water upon waking up in the morning and before bed time

Pwede ang bunot in emergency situations only as long as nasa second trimester ka momsh. You can consult your OB first then go to your dentist .
