Just want to share..i read an article that one of the reasons of still birth is dat wrong position of sleeping...dont prolonged sleep in ur ryt syd beacause the nerve which is the passage of oxygen from the mother to the baby is located at the ryt side of our body..kya pgmatagal ang tulog na nakatigilid tau sa ryt side my tendency na maiipit ang ugat na ngsusuply ng oxygen sa baby kya nwawalan cla ng oxygen.. if we want to sleep patagilid mas advisable po sa left side at mglagay po ng seperator in between ng 2 knees natin pra mgkaroon ng gap ang 2 legs..but if u comfortable tumihayang mtulog mk sure not too flat ang position m..it should be inclined especially if malaki na ang tummy pero wag din subrang taas ang ulo..pra my proper inhalation din ang mommy at ang supply ng oxygen ky baby ay enuf...i forgot the site..yan po gnagawa q now im 8mos preggy..at pg bumangon turn left din po muna saka bumangon...
