Cotton balls or baby wipes?

nung as in newborn pa si baby ko siguro 1-4 months, I use Cotton Balls tapos warm water mas tipid sya talaga at safe na safe talaga. tapos nag change na ako to baby wipes. pero if you have budget naman and tingin mo okay naman ang wipes sa newborn mo go for it.
