Like niyo po sa FB tamang pagkain for babies and kids marami po Idea dun. Fruits and veggies lang po, no no po sila sa processed tulad ng cerelac 🙂😊😊
Mashed potato or any vegetables,fruits like apple pero scrape lng nd cerelac.3 times a day din like adults pero moderate lng kse mahina pa panunaw ng baby.
