Ask your doctor ano better sa body mo. You can also ask them about effectivity pero based on what I’ve read from other mommies, it varies.

saturday palang po balik ko kay OB. 1week ako mag iinsert ng evening primrose

36-37 weeks iniinum ko 3 times a day plus squatting ☺

diko po alam mie sa sabado pa balik ko sa ob. pero may naramdaman ako cramps.

as per advise ng OB ko oral ko xa tinatake.
