Cough and fever

Ano pong mabisang remedy sa may ubo at lagnat? Currently on my 10weeks. Thank you :)

Water therapy or warm calamansi juice (no sweetener). If fever persists 12hrs mas mabuti pa check up ka po para mbigysn ka ng gamot.
