wag lang po grapes, pineapple and papaya po. momshiee.. bawal po yung masydo pero mas maganda iwas nalang po. good fruits po sugguest ko avocado,apple, orange, mango,kiwi and strawberries or blueberries po. :)
Manggo...pero actually khit ano nman in moderation lng...ung pineapple konti lng sis and mas damihan mo intake nun kpag malapit kna manganak..nakakanipis daw ng lining ng matres.
Any fruits basta in moderate lang. bawal kasi satin mga pregy sa matatamis. Like mango isang pisngi lang pwede satin and banana 1 banana lang.😊
