Hello mommy, you should continue to take your iron vitamins. Take it together with vitamin c or citrus drink for better iron absorption. Green leafy vegetables is also a plus.
iron supplement mii tsaka po masasabaw na foods mga veggies, bawi ka po ng kain, ok din po uminom nung mga vitamins nyo khit yung iniinom nyong multivitamins nung buntis pa kayo
take ng vitamins po …. yung iron vitamins nyu nung buntis pwd yun continue nyu e take
liver, meat, nuts and beans and any vitamins or supplements po like iron, folic etc
green leafy vegetables. but you might need iron supplement po.
try mo po mag tinola with malunggay ok ba ang malunggay
