completely no rice 1 week prior to my OGTT ni replace ko si rice ng whole wheat bread/ whole wheat pita bread, less to no sweets din..normal naman result nag rice na ko pero I make sure not to exceed 1 cup bawas ng simple carbs and more water 😊
