reseta ng OB ko upon discharge from hospital was conzace and hemarate. ang pedia/lactation consultant ko naman ay malunggay supplement like natalac.

Reseta lang sakin ng OB ko ascorbic Acid at ferrous sulfate kasi nga more on puyatan pa. Kaya need palakas resistensya.
