Hello,ano po pwedeng kainin ng buntis para lumambot yung popo. Sabi kac nila bawal daw po yung papaya. Any suggestions?

okay lang basta wag daw hilaw. di ko din alam kung bakit bawal ang hilaw
water melon at okra mommy kain kanang sweet potato.
