What kind of IDs does the hospital or clinic need? Do they need IDs like passports? National ID? UMID ID? Drivers License? Birth certificate? If you don't have an ID, then you can apply for one.
Kung may birth cert ka pwede mo yung gamitin kuha ka philhealth ID or postal id. Pag meron ka na kuha umid. Yung iba kasi para makakuha ka ng valid ID need mo ng valid ID😅
Kelangan padin po. Sa comelec po kuha ka ng voters certificate, or sa city office po o sa brgy nyo kuha ka ng sedula.
