Pureed vegetables (kalabasa, patatas, kamote) Pureed fruits (banana, avocado, mango) Plus breastmilk One type of gulay or prutas + breastmilk tapos 3 days mo ipatry para mafamiliarize muna sa lasa and macheck kung may allergy reaction o wala.
Sqaush purè, boil mo lang ang squash then add breastmilk/ formula milk.
Mashed potato, carrots, apple, banana, rice w/soup 😊
