Hi momsh.. I encourage you na natural foods ang ipakain mo.. ex. Nilagang patatas, carrots at iba pang gulay.. i-blender mo po kung meron kayo para mas smooth ung texture at hindi mahirapan kumain si baby.. maganda po un para masanay na sila kumain ng gulay hanggang paglaki nila..
