Mga prep. po na ginawa ko 1. OB asked me to take Primrose at 39 weeks. Plus started eating Pineapple every night. Week after malambot at manipis na Cervix ko. 2. Lots of walking pag naulan sa stairs naman ako 3. Pregnancy exercise - nakita ko video ng nurse, 4"9 lang cya nakapag normal cya. Mostly pelvic exercises to, approved by my OB. After ng video nag Kegel exercise naman ako. 4. Researched dahil 1st time ko. Came across a Doula from San Francisco. May breathing exercises sa Youtube channel nya. Fav. ko ung video nya how to trick ur brain to convert pain to pleasure. May exercises din cya para nasa tama ung posisyon ni baby and tips pano maiwasan ma CS. 5. Healthy diet mostly fish and veggies. gave birth last March 12th 1pm kami pnasok sa delivery room, 1:34pm out na si baby via normal delivery 😁 goodluck po! samahan na din ng prayers.

walking mommy kht sa loob ng po ng bahay 37 weeks na po kayo at squat po.
