Pagkain na masabay at masustansya, green leafy veggies, malunggay. Drink more water. Try ka ng mga malunggay capsule like yung sakin Lacta Flow. Lactation cookies as well.

lots of water! lalakas ang milk mo kapag parati mo siya pinapadede sa breast. kaya dont use muna bottles para talagang masignal sa katawan mo to produce more.
