Ano po kayang magandang exercise o gawin 40weeks preggy pero nasakit pero nawawala. Akala ko kanina tuloy tuloy na pero biglang nawala. Last week sumakit din pero nawala. ☹️ Suggest po kayo mga momsh need a little bit help. First time mom here.

Yoga at kegel exercise po. Meron po sa youtube. Mag walking at squats po kayo umaga at hapon. Kung may yoga ball po kayo, much helpful to your labor.
