Natural family planning.. Kung mrunong mg-control. Never pa kmi gumamit ng mster ko ng artificial. We have 4yrs old son & I'm 16wks pregnant now(Kasi gusto na ulit sundan Ni mr. Panganay nmin.🤩🤩
Natural (withdrawal) method. Dapat marunong mag control si mister, and let him know about the bad side effects of taking any contraceptives.
