Ano po kaya mga dapat ko kainin? Sabi po ksi ni doc Need ko daw magdiet dahil malaki ng 3 weeks si baby..

Hello. Oatmeal (rolled) , wheat bread, brown rice, veggies and fruits. Wag mag white rice or white bread and added sugar foods.
