Mommy parehas tyu pag dpo ako mkadumi ang gngwa ko sa umga po umiinom ako pure black coffee pero dpo gnun karami half glass lang po un tinutulungan ko dumumi or kain ka po ng grapes o kaya papaya, mansanas

Same tayo ng case mommy ako 8months na tiyan ko simula nung nag buntis ako until now meron padin akong almuranas sobrang hirap lang pero nag yayakult every morning or delight

Yakult or delight sis more on water and search ka ng mga foods na may fiber like apple maganda rin pam-poop ang dragon fruit dabest po sya... iwas po muna sa meats 😊

Ako po gatas ko birch tree..hindi po ako hirap mgpoops ..at more water intake.more fruits and veggies wag po masyado kumaen ng karneng baboy.

Oatmeal, Papaya, Yakult and Yoghurt at more water po. Kapag di pa din nagwork tell your OB po para maresetahan kayo ng laxative
