Eto po sabi sakin before ng OB ko,l na dapat laman ng plate ko every meal 25% Carbs 25% Protein 50% Veggies(low carb) Iwas po sa salty food at may mga preservatives. Proper diet po, saganang tulog at pahinga 😁
Low sodium & Low fat diet. Iwas sa deep fried foods, use olive oil na lang pag mag stir fry. drink plenty of water and search po sa google ng mga about sa pangpababa ng bp na tips.
