Hi Mommy, sa tingin ko yung na-eexperience mo is Braxton Hicks Contractions which is completely normal. It’s just the body’s way of “practicing” itself when you give birth na. 😊 But if it bothers you too much I suggest you speak nalang with your OB. 😊
Ay Mommy, I suggest na i-contact mo nalang yung OB mo to be sure. Kasi ang Braxton Hicks hindi constant eh, nawawala wala dapat siya. Same like yung mismong labor na. 😲
