If preggy ka healthy foods of course. Fruits veggies drink milk and more water. Ung mga hindi masyado healthy foods iwasan po muna

Syempre po ideally fruits and veggies but if di mo naman gusto yun, its up to you po but always think if safe kay baby 🙂
