ano po bang mairerecommend nyong mga healthy food recipes para sa buntis. salamat po sa mga sasagot.:) btw, I'm 6weeks pregnant pa lng nman po.

avoid eating too much carbs, sweets. more on vegestables, fruits in moderation lang. too much carbs will turn to sugar. thats the reason na tumataas ang blood sugar during pregnancy.
